Somewhere on the India-Pakistan border, in the most conflicted area close to the LOC, a story is waiting to be told. Prithviraj will don the role of Harindran Nayar, a soldier of the Indian Army. Scripted and directed by Major Ravi, ‘Picket 43′ would showcase Prithvi in an adventurous makeover.
This is neither a war movie nor is it the story of a struggle; this story beats through the heart and dreams of a soldier. It is about a strong bond that forms between two soldiers defending the borders of two countries. War and threats draw a line here; the valleys laden with hopes of a peaceful world is envisaged by director Major Ravi.
O G Sunil is producing the movie under the banner ‘Film Brewery Entertainment Pvt Ltd’. Bollywood actor Javed Jafri plays an important character in the movie along with Ranji Panikker, Sudhir Karamana, Anu Mohan and so on.
In the Kashmir valleys, where the temperature dips to minus degrees every so often and bullet shots echo from the horizons, Major Ravi and his team finished shooting in three weeks’ time, which was nothing less than an adventure in itself.
